I actually really liked this episode. I didn't get the point of the gay allusions, like at all. Maybe thats what they think their slash fans want to see? Dean being propositioned and told he was pretty. (Okay maybe I wanted to see that a little, he IS pretty :)Although that is the 2nd time they have alluded to Dean being so pretty. I might only be noticing it BECAUSE for the past 5 years they never mentioned it. What did he get prettier over the summer. I mean, where was the joking about his 'delicate' features in the prison one from season 2? Okay I think I just got off track lol
I am also glad Grandpa seemed surprised. However the vague allusions to John not being a good hunter? Piss me off. (I know things your daddy would never dream of, maybe he does have some Cambell in him after all)He acts like hes the blue blood of hunting. It's annoying.
And finally Sam. Sammy, Sammy, Sammmy. That little smile when Dean was being given the blood? Creepy, Koudos to Jared! However he has the capacity to know thats wrong,he just doesn't care. It's like someone gave in a mission and no matter what it takes we have to finish that mission.
Also I was watching this epi with my dad (which can be uncomfortable doing the really slashy parts not that we get any good ones any more!) and when Sam made that smile he murmured "looks like trouble in paradise" And I nearly laughed. He totally slashed them! :)
