Bad news: I dropped my laptop on its head one too many times.

Good news: I have a brand new laptop.

Bad news: All the stuff on my old laptop that has to be found moved, copied, reinstalled etc and all the passwords and product keys I can't find.

Thanks for the encouragement. I'm getting aggravated at all the effort it's taking just to get back to where I was last week, but it's coming along.
