You have no idea how much it pleases me to hear that you liked this story.
I've never written anything first person before cause it usually annoys the hell out of me, but I think it's easier to pull it off if you have an original character.
Dean without the anger and the guilt is an interesting fellow, and Sam not trying to be the nice guy is a really interesting person.
That's the pull of the amnesia trope, isn't it? It gives you the chance to get down to the bottom of a character in the same way an AU does, but without going completely AU.
